We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States & Malaysia. Our goal is to expand to more regions soon,including Asia, and we'll update this policy when that happens.

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS, AND TAXES
Because our products are made in China and shipped internationally:

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority

Shipments to the U.S., under USD $800 are no longer cleared for customs duty- and tariffs. This isn't chill at all. Customs & Duties will now be an extra 35% on your order value. Unfortunately we can't take on these duties and these will be the responsibility of the customer. Transparently, we would wait until we have a warehouse in the US before ordering. We are leaving it available mainly for friends and family who want to support us. Sorry USA, we still love you.

We do not currently offer shipping insurance
- Orders under RM500 typically do not attract import duties. Duties for higher-value orders are payable by the customer upon delivery.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you can't locate it, we'll do our best to assist and work with the carrier, but we can't be held responsible for any packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

What Happens When Things Go Wrong
Lost Packages:

If confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund at no cost to you

For high-value orders (over $200), we recommend signature confirmation
Damaged in Transit:

Email us immediately with photos

We'll arrange replacement or refund

Keep all packaging for carrier inspection if needed
Delivery Issues:

"Delivered" but you can't find it? We'll help track it down

After carrier investigation, we'll work with you on a solution

We can't replace packages confirmed delivered to the correct address
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@afternoonsocialclub.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. If it's already been dispatched, you may need to contact the carrier directly.
CARRIERS & INSURANCE
We work with reputable shipping carriers (to be confirmed based on region and availability). Currently, we do not offer shipping insurance as standard, but we're working toward adding that option in future.
